This notice explains the processing of visitors’ personal data on pregun.hu.

Attila Gönczi operates this website as a private individual and is the controller for the visitor-data processing described here.

A website without visitor tracking
We have added no visitor analytics, advertising trackers, accounts, forms or embedded media players to the website. Its own code sets no cookies and does not use browser storage. We do not create visitor profiles or make automated decisions about visitors.
Technical data and hosting
Cloudflare, Inc. provides hosting and delivery. Requests may contain an IP address, requested URL, time, browser and language headers, referring-site information where supplied, and connection or security details. These are processed to deliver the pages, maintain availability, troubleshoot faults and protect against abuse. Disabling optional analytics does not stop this operational processing.
For processing under the operator’s control, the legal basis is legitimate interests in providing a secure, functioning website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Basic network information is necessary to deliver the site; no additional information is requested from visitors.
Cloudflare acts as a processor for data handled on our behalf and also processes certain network data for its own purposes as explained in its privacy policy. Its Data Processing Addendum describes its obligations and international-transfer safeguards. Processing may take place outside the EEA, including in the United States.
Retention
The operator does not maintain a separate visitor database. Cloudflare’s technical-data retention depends on the service and settings. Its processing terms use necessity for providing the service and meeting contractual obligations as retention criteria; legal obligations may also require retention. You can request further information about the applicable retention from the operator at the contact address above.

Email sent to privacy@pregun.hu is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to the operator’s existing mailbox. Cloudflare and the receiving email provider process the message to deliver and store it. If you email us, we process the address and information you supply to answer the enquiry or handle your privacy request. We retain that correspondence only as long as needed to handle the matter and meet applicable legal obligations. The basis is legitimate interests in responding to enquiries or a legal obligation for GDPR requests, as applicable.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact the operator using the address above. You may complain to the data protection authority in your country of residence or work, or where the alleged infringement occurred.
